Sharon & Rod Hennig volunteered at Harvesters Community Food Network and working on Project Strength. This project teaches people how to cook and then sends them home with a tote bag full of groceries. We were packing the tote bags full of food, boxing them up and then stacking the boxes onto pallets.
Happy Bottoms is Kansas City’s Diaper Bank and their mission is to work with social service agency partners to provide diapers to low-income families while raising awareness of diaper need in our community.
